If you are new to navigation events, we recomend that you try a "short" course Silva DuO first. There is a shut off time of 3 hours to the end of the bike leg, after which competitors will not be permitted to start the final run leg.

Entry Requirements
All participants must:
  Be able to read a street directory
  Have a basic level of fitness and able to cope with the demands of the event
  Minimise their impact on the environment during the event and respect other users of the land
  Accept responsibility for themselves and their belongings
  Be prepared to follow the rules and conditions included in the final instructions

Insurance
Orienteering Victoria is covered by its own $20 million public liability insurance. This does not include personal accident insurance. It is recommended you take out your own personal accident and ambulance cover for the event. Your private health insurance policy may include this, but you will need to check with them.
All competitors are required to agree to the terms and conditions when entering online.
Refunds & Cancellations
Entry cancellations can be made up to two weeks before the event date when a refund (less 20% administration fee) will be made. Refunds will not be given after this date. Please send requests for refund by email to silvaduo@gmail.com. All withdrawals must be confirmed in writing before a refund will be issued. If the event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason so deemed by the organisers, the event will be rescheduled where possible and no refunds will be issued.
